Amy will guide you through some gentle stretching and movements with breath, with the intention of inviting personal connection and relaxation. All of these practices can be done while seated in a chair.
After that, you’re invited to learn about and experience a simple meditation practice known as taking C.A.R.E. This is a practice that can be used during a meditation, or anytime in your daily life!
